By accessing or using the Cornerstone Workflows website (cornerstoneworkflows.com) or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of Cornerstone Workflows, operated by CORNERSTONE WORKFLOWS LLC.

Cornerstone Workflows provides done for you revenue automation systems for service businesses, including but not limited to: missed call text back automation (Instant Call Capture), automated lead follow up (Speed to Lead), appointment reminder systems (Appointment Guard), automated review generation (Reputation Engine), and customer reactivation campaigns (Revenue Recovery & Reactivation).

Services are delivered on a setup fee plus monthly subscription basis. Specific scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables for each engagement are quoted in writing and confirmed during the audit and onboarding process.

By opting in to receive text messages from Cornerstone Workflows through our website chat widget, which is the only place on this website where a phone number and SMS consent are collected, you agree to the following:

Consent

You expressly consent to receive automated text messages from Cornerstone Workflows at the mobile number you provide in the chat widget. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Message types

Depending on what you've opted into, you may receive appointment reminders, account or service updates, and promotional offers.

Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the services you've opted into.

Rates

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan. Cornerstone Workflows is not responsible for charges incurred from your carrier.

Opt-out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. You will receive a one time confirmation that you've been unsubscribed.

Carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

For Cornerstone clients

If you engage Cornerstone Workflows to operate SMS based systems on behalf of your business, you are responsible for ensuring your own customers' opt in consent is properly obtained and documented before we send messages on your behalf. Cornerstone Workflows will provide guidance and compliant message templates, but the underlying legal responsibility for end customer consent rests with the business operating the customer relationship, consistent with TCPA and CTIA guidelines.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or enter into an agreement with Cornerstone Workflows. By using our website or services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any business information you provide is accurate.

Setup fees are due prior to the commencement of system installation. Monthly fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis starting from your go live date. All fees are quoted and confirmed in writing before any work begins.

Failure to pay may result in suspension of active systems until payment is resolved.

All Cornerstone Workflows packages are month to month. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by notifying us in writing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Setup fees are non refundable once work has commenced, as they cover the configuration, integration, and template writing labor involved in installation. If your free leak audit does not identify recoverable revenue opportunities, you will not be charged any fee.

You agree not to use Cornerstone Workflows' services to:

• —Send unsolicited messages to individuals who have not provided proper consent
• —Violate any applicable law, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, or CTIA guidelines
• —Transmit content that is unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, or deceptive
• —Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the systems we operate

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension of services.

All content on the Cornerstone Workflows website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of CORNERSTONE WORKFLOWS LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Message templates, automation flows, and system configurations built for your business become usable assets for your business for the duration of your engagement, but the underlying methodology and software infrastructure remain the property of Cornerstone Workflows.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we design our systems to produce the outcomes described on our website, actual results vary based on your industry, market, existing processes, and other factors outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cornerstone Workflows is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including lost revenue or lost business opportunities.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cornerstone Workflows, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of our services, or your failure to obtain proper consent from your own customers when applicable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which CORNERSTONE WORKFLOWS LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
